Hello everyone,

This Wednesday we will be going to the Library here at school to participate in the traveling exhibit "Leonardo on Wheels." This is a hands on exhibit, where you will be in charge of your learning. Here is a link to their website if you would like to know more. http://www.utahsciencecenter.org/lows/
We will be attending the exhibit on Wednesday and again on Friday for a guided tour of the exhibit

If you really enjoy the experience you are welcome to come back. There will be an open invitation to all students and their families on Thursday, October 30 from 6-8 pm. This night will be free of charge, so we encourage anyone interested to attend.

Hope to see you there,

Mr. Stubbs

TIME TO STUDY

Hello Everyone,

Nice job on your quiz! For the most part you all scored high, but that doesn't mean you can stop studying.
We will have a test on Wednesday October, 22 covering all material that we have discussed. I recommend studying from both review sheets that I have given out.

If you need another copy you should be able to print one from this site.
I hope you are all having a good break.

See you on Monday.

END OF TERM 1

Students and Parents,

The end of term is coming soon; Oct 23 in fact.
All assignments need to be in by the 22 in order for me to enter them into the computer.
Remember, if ALL assignments are turned in by the 22, I will give you a 2% bonus towards your grade. That could make a difference between a B+ and an A.

If you are missing assignments, you will find them listed in this blog. All labs, unless noted as "make-up" assignments, need to be done in class either before or after school. Please talk to me to set up an appointment. Quizzes and tests also need to be done in class.

JUST DO IT!

Thanks,

Mr. Stubbs
